With so many bars and restaurants hosting New Year's Eve celebrations, creating a memorable atmosphere can help a venue stand out.
A custom ice sculpture adds a focal point to the bar, entrance or event space. Branded designs can feature a venue's logo, while champagne displays and ice luges bring the ice directly into the drink experience. It's also something guests can photograph and share throughout the night.

There’s something extra special about ringing in the new year as newlyweds. Ice sculptures can become part of the champagne toast, cocktail hour or midnight countdown, adding a memorable touch to the celebration. We recently created a custom martini ice luge for serving espresso martinis, giving wedding guests a fun, interactive way to enjoy one of the most popular cocktails.
🧊 Will an Ice Sculpture Last Until Midnight?
Yes! Most ice sculptures last approximately 6–8 hours indoors, depending on their size, design and surrounding temperature. For outdoor New Year's Eve celebrations, cold winter temperatures can help preserve the ice, sometimes acting like a natural freezer.
For indoor displays, we recommend keeping sculptures away from heating vents and other direct sources of heat. Some melting is natural throughout an event, but there's no need to worry about water collecting around the sculpture. As the ice melts, water flows into the provided drainage tray, through a pipe and into a collection bucket. This keeps the surrounding display area dry so guests can enjoy the sculpture throughout the celebration.
We can also coordinate delivery and setup around your event schedule so the sculpture looks its best throughout the celebration and at midnight.
